In 2020, I vividly recall struggling to run just 2 miles, doubting the title of a "runner."

Frustrated with self-confidence issues, my transformation began with a commitment to push my limits.

I've now conquered numerous half marathons, marathons, and three Ironman Triathlons, with more in my future.

This journey taught me to celebrate what my body CAN do rather than its appearance. Now my mission is to cultivate a positive and uplifting environment, inspiring women to embrace the same mindset.
